· We offer a 100% guarantee for 2 full years on perennials, shrubs, and trees.  Annuals, mums, and tree roses are not included in this guarantee.

· You must have your receipt to receive credit.

· We do not offer cash refunds, the guarantee  provides in-store credit.

Return Policy

· All returns must be accompanied by original sales receipt.

· Regularly priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

· All reduced or clearance sales are final; NO returns are accepted on these items.

· To ensure plant quality and health, plant returns can only be accepted within 2 days of purchase and plants must be in good condition.
