All Trees, Shrubs, and Perennials purchased from Neuhouser’s Are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase. (This applies to plants installed by us - or by you!)
· If you think you have a dead plant please call us first and ask for a manager. · Usually, we simply need the dead plant returned along with your receipt for full credit. · If we installed the original plant, we will plant your new one with no additional labor charge (unlike many competitors!) · Due to the special needed care of ANNUALS, we guarantee ours to be healthy and of exceptional quality at the time of purchase. We have no further guarantee on any annual plants or hanging baskets, etc. once they leave the store. · We cannot guarantee Fall Mums (as they are now bred as “marginal” perennials”). |

Because there are circumstances beyond our control that we cannot take responsibility for, the ARE some restrictions:
This guarantee does not cover the dead plant if: 1. The plant was killed due to vandalism, physical damage, animals, storms, or other “Acts of God.” 2. The plant was not installed according to the directions in our planting instructions handed out, it was planted too deep, OR was obviously improperly cared for. 3. The plant was over-fertilized or sprayed with an herbicide. 4. The plant was installed and surrounded by rubber mulch or under weed-preventative sheeting. (Both of these products are extremely harmful to newly installed plants.) |
